New
- Fantomon ability trees β every Fantomon card now has its full ability tree: all 10 pages laid out as a branching chart from the starting node, special-bonus nodes highlighted, and every node's exact stats on hover. Each tree shows its type (Offense, Defense or Balanced), its strength tier, and which other Fantomons share it
- Videos from the official channel and QY Maple β Guides > Video Guides now has a switch for each source: Official Sword x Staff (trailers, character PVs, event previews), QY Maple (their English guides) and Guild Picks (videos members share). New videos appear automatically twice a day and play right on the page
- Video Guides now carry every video from each channel, not just the latest 15: the full official Sword x Staff channel and every English QY Maple video, newest first, with a Show more button for older ones.
- QY Maple videos are now sorted by season: a chip for each season (opening on the current one), a General group for videos not tied to one season, a title search, and a season badge on every video. Videos about seasons we haven't reached yet are marked as previews from the Taiwan server.
- Class Builds are now separated by season on every tab (EOG, Prydwen, L&W and Guild Contributed) and open on the current season. Builds are sorted by class tier, and each one has a season badge.
- Guides are separated by season too: the EOG, Prydwen, L&W and Guild Picks tabs have season chips and badges. Guides that apply to every season are under General, and the Companion and Food guides are marked All seasons.
- Events & Polls: guild events with a month, week and list calendar, sign-ups (Going/Maybe/Can't or class slots, caps with waitlists, deadlines, rank-only events), repeating events, reminders, attendance tracking, templates and polls, including find-the-best-time polls. Guild Members and above can create them.
- Valkyrie, the guild's own Discord bot: every event and poll is posted in Discord with sign-up and vote buttons, its own thread and an entry in the server's Events tab, with reminders in the channel or by DM. Replaces Sesh.
- Add guild events to Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar with a personal link, and opt in to a Discord DM before every event you're going to.
- Guild Chat is now built into the site (replaces WidgetBot): every channel your Discord roles give you, with the server's categories, role colours, member list, emoji, images and embeds. Messages you send appear in Discord under your own name and avatar. Full page under Guild Chat, compact version on the home page.
- Run events and polls from Discord: /event create, edit, cancel and list, and /poll create and close, with a short pop-up form. Type times the way you'd say them ("tomorrow 8pm", "Tue 20:00", "10/14 8:30pm"); set yours with /timezone.
- Choose your pings: opt into ping groups (e.g. Event Pings, Poll Pings, or groups like Guild Boss) and turn reminder mentions and DM reminders on or off, with /pings in Discord or the My pings tab on Events & Polls. Events and polls can ping one group when they're posted.
- Choose your pings: Guild Members are pinged when new events and polls are posted, and can switch off any category (Events, Polls, or ones like Guild Boss) plus reminder mentions and DM reminders, with /pings in Discord or the My pings tab on Events & Polls. No extra Discord roles needed.
- Pick which Discord roles an event is for - on the site or with /event create (role, role2, role3). Those members get the ping, the post shows who it's for, and you can make sign-ups for those roles only.
- Repeating events from Discord: choose the days for weekly repeats ("Mon Wed Fri", "weekdays"), and change or stop repeating with /event edit. Repeat is now right under the date and time on the site's event form.
- Reminder-only events: no sign-ups, reminders ping everyone the event is for (minus anyone who opted out), and the Discord post removes itself once it's over. Any event can also remind everyone instead of just people who signed up.
- Calendar channel: Valkyrie keeps one live calendar message in a Discord channel - the next 7 days by day, then what's coming later - with an event picker (details, sign up, "remind me") and a My reminders button. Set it up with /valkyrie calendar.
- Choose your own reminders: all events, events you sign up for, a specific repeating event or a category, at the times you pick (10 min, 1 hour, 1 dayβ¦), as a ping (the default), a DM, or both. Use /reminders, the calendar's π button, or My pings on the site.
- Events can run longer (up to 2 weeks - "3d" or "7 days" in Discord) and have a "Remove from Discord" setting: when it ends, 1 hour, 6 hours or 1 day after, or keep. Its post, thread, ping line and reminder pings are cleaned up automatically.
- Delete events (one date, or a date and every later one) - they disappear from the site and Discord. Cancel still keeps them visible as cancelled.
- Routine slots (like Conquest every day at 2 PM) now show once on the Discord calendar under "Daily & routine" instead of on every day, and only ping members who asked: pick slots in "Remind me beforeβ¦" on the calendar, choose how long before, done.
- How it works: /calendar-help in Discord (only you see it, no pings) and a "How it works" tab on Events & Polls explain the calendar, sign-ups, routine reminders and pings.
- Discord on the website: official announcements and patch notes, QY Maple and our own guide/build channels now appear under Guides β π£ Discord, and code posts from the official Discord appear on the Codes page with one-tap copy. Copied automatically, including edits and deletions.
- Happening now on the home page: this week's Grand Treasure Hunt and mini-game, the season, gift codes (tap to copy), the next guild events and the latest official news - all in one block, also posted as a live board in Discord.
- Official announcements and gift codes are copied into the guild's own Discord, and "Open in Discord" on the website now opens those copies.
- Each official Sword x Staff channel (announcements, game updates, dev log, gift codes) now has its own channel in the guild Discord, kept in step automatically.
- New members get a short welcome in #πwelcome with the next steps (verify on the site, how events work), removed after a week.
- The weekly changelog is posted in #πsite-updates every Sunday at midnight (Eastern).
- Weekly Tournament registration countdown (Fri 8:00 - Sat 6:00 game time) on the home page and in #πthis-week, and registration is on the calendar every week.
- #π¨creative-corner: a gallery anyone can post art, screenshots and clips to; #πΈclips stays as the Guild Members' picture channel, and #πtournament-lfg moves next to the calendar.
- Nexus Tournament (every 2 weeks, Sat 22:00 game time) is on the calendar, with a countdown on the home page and in #πthis-week - starts in, roster locks in, matches underway.
- Tournament entries on the Discord calendar link straight to #πtournament-lfg, and the calendar has a Tournament LFG button.
- Expired gift codes are struck through in #πsxs-gift-codes on Discord, marked "Expired", automatically when their valid period ends.
- #πsxs-gift-codes has a pinned, always-up-to-date list of the permanent gift codes (the ones that never expire), with what each gives.
- #πsxs-gift-codes works like the calendar: a summary at the top (latest code + permanent codes) that updates itself, with only the current official code post below - the old one is removed when a new code is posted.
- Copy buttons for gift codes in #πsxs-gift-codes: tap π on the latest code or pick a permanent code to get it on its own, ready to copy.
- Copy buttons for gift codes in #πsxs-gift-codes: tap π on the latest code or pick one of the codes with no known expiry to get it on its own, ready to copy.
